This website is run under the name of ConSensual which is a program legally backed by Q3T srl, a small company under Belgian law (details below)..

We respect your right to privacy. This privacy policy seeks to provide you, as a user of this website, with information on the manner, extent, and purpose for collecting, using and processing of personal information (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number, user behavior or IP address).

The data protection for this website is GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) compliant.

We are committed to ensuring that data protection regulations are respected both by us and by any external service providers we use.

However, please be aware that data transfer via the internet is subject to security risks and, therefore, complete protection against third-party access to transferred data cannot be ensured.

Personal data is only collected and processed as far as:

  • This is necessary for the provision and functioning of this website.
  • You have given us permission to do so.
  • The collection and processing is required by law.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except:

  • In the course of order processing, the data is passed on to service providers with whom we have concluded a data processing contract (AV) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. In our case this is concretely two booking systems for individual sessions and our retreats: Calendly and Edoobox. 
  • You explicitly consent to this.
  • We are required by court order to disclose.

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as:

  • The purpose of storage is eliminated.
  • No statutory regulations require storage.

Contact forms / e-mail

If you contact us via forms or e-mail, we will save and process your information. If necessary, this could also include your IP address and mail log files. The storage and processing of this data is solely in order to facilitate communication with you and to prevent misuse of communication channels.

The information you provide, including your personal data, will be further processed and answered exclusively by appropriately instructed staff. If we choose to employ subcontractors, your data may also be forwarded to them, but only if they have signed a GDPR compliant processing contract with us.

The personal information you have provided will be deleted if when it is no longer required to process your request and there are no more legal retention requirements.

All other collected data will be deleted automatically. The retention period is: 14 days.

Accessed Data

We gather and retain personal information about you when you voluntarily submit it to us.  For example, if you choose to complete and submit a form or otherwise provide information through our Website, including but not limited to the “Contact Us” page, we will retain the data you submit to respond to your inquiry and consider your request.  The legal basis for processing such data is either our legitimate interest to answer to your queries and provide our services to you or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you. After we have responded to your inquiry and/or considered your request, the information you submitted may be retained for facilitating future communication with you. The basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest to ensure swift communication.

We process your personal data in order to provide our services to you. This includes your contact details and other information we have collected from you. The legal basis for such processing is that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you, as a data subject, are a party.

Server log files

For technical reasons, your internet browser automatically transmits information to the server of our website provider. This information is stored in so-called log files, which collect the following information:

  • Date and time of your visit, including time zone
  • File or resource being accessed and amount of data transferred
  • Referrer URL
  • Your Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Host name and operating system of your computer
  • Type, language and version of the browser

We use this information solely to generate usage statistics to ensure safe and stable operation of the web server. This is our and our website provider’s legitimate interest when collecting, storing and processing data.

This data will not be disclosed to any third party.

This data is stored separately from any personal information you may have provided, thereby making it impossible to connect it to any particular person.

We reserve the right to evaluate this data in detail, if we have concrete evidence suggesting unlawful use of the services offered.

These data are automatically deleted at regular intervals. The data is retained for: maximum 2 months and they are made anonymous after 7 days.

Provider and Server Location

We operate this website with a hosting service provider with whom we have a GDPR compliant data processing contract. This stipulates the following:

  • Website and user personal data will only be stored and processed within the EU.
  • All data will be stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
  • In accordance with the state of the art, technicians and personnel must take preventive measures to prevent data loss.

The server of this website is located in the EU (Germany).

Encryption

This website transmits data encrypted by default. For this purpose, the so-called SSL encryption is used. The required SSL certificate installed on our server was issued by an independent organization. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser's address bar switching from http:// to http://https://.
As soon as the encrypted SSL connection has been established, your entries can no longer be easily read by third parties.

Cookies

This website uses "cookies". Cookies are small text files that your internet browser downloads and stores on your computer. Since they can not be run as program code, they do no harm your computer and cannot contain viruses. They serve to improve the user-friendliness and effectiveness of the website.

MailChimp web beacons, in order to recognize when users have opened our marketing emails or clicked certain links. These technologies record each subscriber’s email address, IP address, date, and time associated with each open and click for a campaign. We use this data to create statistics about how an email campaign performed and what actions subscribers took. The web beacons are used for these purposes until the person unsubscribes.

MailChimp cookies which help us to track attribution rates and browser activity and create reports regarding the success of our product retargeting emails.

Google Analytics cookies – these include 4 types of cookies which help us to:

  • Determine whether the website visitor is a new or a recurring visitor. This cookie expires in two years
  • Identify a new session on the website. This cookie expires after 30 minutes. If a person stays longer on the website, then a new cookie is placed and this is saved as a new session;
  • Understand how you reached our site by storing the traffic source or campaign. This cookie expires in 6 months;
  • Store visitor-level custom variable data. This cookie expires in 2 years.

We also use Google cookies which help to measure the effectiveness of targeted advertising. In addition, in order to make your visit to our site more comfortable, we use cookies to identify a specific website visit session and the data related to your shopping cart.

Google Ads cookies which allows us to target ads that you may see on Google or on Google’s partner networks.

Facebook Pixel which is used for advertising purposes. More precisely, it allows us to show ads on Facebook and to analyze the effectiveness of such advertising. You may always control your Facebook privacy settings here.

We only disclose information collected with cookies to third parties on an aggregated basis without the use of any information that personally identifies you. Our website uses analysis software for statistical evaluation and measurement of website visits and their range. We evaluate this information to optimize our website and its content.

On this website, Google Analytics may be used as a tool for the statistical evaluation of visitor numbers and to facilitate an analysis of your use of the site.

We have signed a data processing contract with two service providers (Calendly and Edoobox) solely for the purpose of registration and booking for our events and offers: With both we signed data processing contracts which stipulate their full commitment to EU GDPR. However, we can at no time be held responsible for any breach on their side. We process your data our side in the form stipulated in this policy. 

Children’s Privacy

This Website is not intended for minors under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not use or access this Website at any time or in any manner.  By using this Website, you affirm that you are over the age of 18. ConSensual.eu does not intend to collect any information from or about persons under the age of 18.

Your rights as a user

Cancellation

You have the right pursuant to Art. 7 GDPR to revoke your consent to the storage and processing of your personal data with future effect. Please note that while we can inform our booking service providers Calendly and Edoobox of your request, our GDPR contract with them does not allow us to delete your data directly.

Information

As a user, you have the right under Art. 15 GDPR to receive, upon request, free of charge information about personal data stored about you.

Correction

Furthermore, as a user, you have the right under Art. 16 GDPR to complete or correct any incorrect data that has been stored about you.

Deletion

Insofar as there is no legal obligation to retain data, under Art. 17 GDPR you have the right to have personal data stored about you deleted ("Right to be forgotten"). Please note that while we can inform our booking service providers Calendly and Edoobox of your request, our GDPR contract with them does not allow us to delete your data directly.

Blocking

Furthermore, you have the right according to Art. 18 GDPR to restrict the processing of personal data stored about you.

Objection

As a user, you can object to the future processing of your data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR at any time.
