Pathway II: Into Healing and Integration
The Pathway into Healing and Integration is the next step of delving deeper into ConSensual and focuses on enlarging your temple and embodying more. In a nutshell going really deep on consent, releasing trauma in the body, and getting so much better at feeling. You will discover how making energy in your (energetic) body move and flow purposefully, playfully, innocently, can effectively deal with the mind’s anxieties, depressive states, and the distance we all produce between us. Pleasure energy is the most effective tool of all to explore your path into embodiment, connection, consent, and integration of what stands in your way to experience your full pleasure capacity. But only once your body is safe and can start trusting YOU again to not overstep its consent.
Deep love and connection come with the ability to feel deeply and for that we need to stop wanting to feel better and get a heck of a lot better at feeling. Our emotional bodies have all sorts of old imprints that create reactions = energy blockages. We do not need to understand the story behind them to unblock them and become able to use the energy previously stuck. Emotion is just this: energy in motion! Tantric BDSI is about pleasure for sure, but maybe, more importantly, about unblocking stuck imprints, coming into flow, experiencing deeper, and allowing full connection in consent to another and eventually to the divine (in us and the other).
The Pathway into Healing and Integration is a key step on the pathway journey: first we find our energetic and physical blockages, releasing trauma via the body, learning that healing is not something we do but something we get when we allow to be with what we feel and integrate it. We will guide you through deep body work, helping you to find your body's seedling of safety, and digging deep into your consent. You will have the opportunity to do deep healing work via fantasy play, replacing trauma with an experience of consent and pleasure; releasing anger and power impact, falling into healing surrender in ropes, and playing to your hearts desires.and integrating it all with sound and filling your cup.. So, in short: more ‘shit out’ for expanding our body's capacity to hold and circulate pleasure energy that will allow us to be much more intimately connected to ourselves, others, and eventually spirit. .
Pathway II - IV Retreats start on a Thursday morning and end on Sunday around 17:00. After registration and payment you will receive all necessary information on location, accommodation, food and what to bring and prepare. ConSensual retreats are held in our own Casa LoJeMa (near Leuven), a beautiful 1000 spuare meter old farm, easily accessible by public transport and with a big parking. Large parks and beautiful nature invites for walks during breaks just a couple of streets behind Casa LoJeMa. We will be working in the large temple hall. Casa LoJeMa has beautiful, simple, and nicely designed accommodation for 18 - 20 participants in mostly shared accomodation. Not all participants can stay at the house and we give the accomodation on a first come first serve basis. There are hotels and B&Bs in driving distance. We retain the right to change the venue if necessary.
